They were too busy so I took it to my usual mechanic who fixed the issue by replacing a part qbn diesel replaced 12 months ago. When I called to ask about warranty on the part I got a mouthful of bad attitude and they said I should have taken to them to see.
Really disappointed to have to replace something they claim to have fixed then receive such poor customer service after.
This isn’t the first comment with this sort of experience. I was very happy with previous work but now I will not be returning.
