- Kieran Ord Added October 18, 2020★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the best gym I have been to in the Canberra Queanbeyan area. It's three levels with the reception on the first level along with circuit equipment in the main room and all new equipment. The second room has free weights, racks along with plenty of benches. Third room for stretching. There are also showers and toilets available on this level all clean and maintained.
The second level is the car park area where the the art work around the walls is unreal. Actually worth a visit just to walk around and witness it first hand. All secured and requires a key fob to enter as the gym is a 24 hour set up.
The 3rd level I took a lot of photos, it's amazing. My favorite part of the gym. Ropes, racks, heaps of bands, climbing frame, weight vest, so much functional equipment along with rowing and ski machines.
Great energy and vibe in the space. Jordan the manager is one of the nicest blokes you will meet. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable in regards to training and supplements. You can see a lot of love has been put into this place. Great to see local small gym owners stand out from the generic bigger gyms. Worth the drive to have a look, it's something I have never seen before in a gym. Very lucky to have this so close. They also seem to be adding little things as time goes on which is great to see.
