- Hayley Added August 25, 2017★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the Queanbeyan post office in January this year to redeem my cheque from Australian post. It was my first time doing it and I wasn't sure what the process was. Giving 2 stars only because the young guy at the counter who first served me was very patient and friendly. But because he was new, he wasn't sure how to process it and had to ask the middle aged female staff next to him for help. She was EXTREMELY rude and kept complaining out loud "why did she write on the back, she isn't supposed to write anything [on the back of the cheque]", as if I wasn't standing right in front of her. Very unprofessional and terribly condescending, I'm sorry I had done the wrong thing but your response was absolutely inappropriate and rude.
