The store is fairly large and well laid out, the staff are few and far between, but this is a discount store so there's not much staff interaction required except at the checkout. The Checkouts are usually staffed fairly well, but you may wait a couple of minutes on the weekend or at peak times at the end of the day.
There's a fair range of stuff here, and it's clean unlike a lot of other discount stores.
Parking at Riverside is pretty good, the easiest for The Reject Shop is up the top, but you can try underneath as well.
