  This was so disappointing. I came here about a year and a half ago and while it was simple, it was nice. But oh my gosh today was so underwhelming.
  
  We had two milkshakes and two burgers. Milkshakes were nice. But it took about 25 minutes for the burgers to come out, though the cafe was not busy whatsoever. And these burgers... were so cheap and bland. The hamburger didn't even have any sauce on it. I was going to ask for sauce but by this time, we just wanted to head off. The chicken schnitzel burger was quite stringy.
  
  There was no atmosphere, no music playing and the staff just seemed like they didn't want to be there. I see the owner's response on another review that new management took over in February. It tastes like they want to go as cheap as possible. I have no urge to return and it's such a bummer.

  Absolutely love Ciao Cakes in Queanbeyan! I have been there many times for breakfast and lunch and it has never disappointed.
  
  I would definitely recommend the Italian Omelette for breakfast; it's light and fluffy and has plenty of filling.
  
  The beef burger with the lot is also very yummy and a good size. Especially love how they caramelise the pineapple!
  
  By far the best coffee in Queanbeyan, and also a very nice selection of cakes. I'd definitely recommend the caramel slice, it is absolutely sublime! Probably the best I've ever tasted!

  Great food, service and coffee.
  Unfortunately reviewing the toilets on a busy day. Hot water in the sink, hand soap and paper towels No toilet paper, unclean but this is most likely because they are so busy.

  Don’t know if I should leave any constructive feedback as reading the previous reviews the owners only seem to be interested in finding someone else to blame.
  Well it would be good if the staff were a bit more enthusiastic serving customers. Yes if you check the cameras it’s quite clear. A smile goes a long way.
