GJames was by far the cheapest quote, even 30% cheaper than the small budget operators in the area. The service was also excellent and they did me a great deal on delivery to the local area. Thanks.

The "customer service" was non-existent, staff were unprofessional and the place was dirty, messy and no showroom to be seen. The final straw was being told they wouldn't travel to my suburb - approximately 15 minutes from their office. My son works for this company in Queensland and was horrified at my treatment. Disgraceful, never again!

Pricing rates are very high and when spending in excess of $100,000 of glass as a commercial client, better service and rates are expected. Do not have adequate office staff with knowledge of their product or the industry and will make their client s pay for their mistakes.
